Diplomatic duo: Empowering young women to enter diplomacy through job-shadowing

Today, thanks to the incredible support and collaboration of our co-organisers, we have successfully paired 16 talented students with 16 esteemed diplomats for a unique job-shadowing experience. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will allow our students to gain firsthand insight into the world of diplomacy, fostering their curiosity, broadening their horizons, and inspiring them to set ambitious goals for their future careers. 

On this special day, our students have the chance to accompany their diplomat mentors, observe their daily activities, and even participate in some exciting diplomatic tasks. From engaging in crucial negotiations to witnessing cultural exchanges, students will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into the fascinating realm of international diplomacy.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Embassy of the Netherlands in Slovakia, the Embassy of Spain in Slovakia, the Embassy of Germany in Slovakia, and the Slovak Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs for their unwavering commitment to empowering young women and bridging the gap between education and real-world experiences. Without their incredible support, this extraordinary opportunity would not have been possible.
