The unprecedented aggression of the Russian Federation towards Ukraine made Europe realize that it is not just the future of Ukraine but also its own which is on the line. This has resulted in unity across the continent and proved that Europe has the ability to consolidate in the face of imminent danger to its security and stability.
The question is how the ongoing situation will influence the enlargement policy of the EU, as well as the overall stability of the Western Balkan region. The discussants will attempt to answer these important questions by referring to five different scenarios on the future of the Western Balkans.
